Intracoastal District Station

The Intracoastal District provides premier law-enforcement services to county residents, as well as the many visitors and tourists who support local businesses, parks, and beaches. Due to the District's unique environment and terrain, deputies employ a tailored policing approach that integrates land-based, marine, and park patrol operations.

A central feature of the District is Haulover Park, a 177-acre regional park offering approximately 1.4 miles of beachfront. The park is bordered by the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west and includes boat ramps, dockages, and charter fishing operations. Deputies assigned to the District focus on public safety, marine enforcement, traffic control, and quality-of-life concerns, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike.
